Kathy Cooper, FLMI
Site Manager, Senior Business Analyst

Kathy CooperKathy was Training Supervisor and Policy Forms Administrator for a major Southeastern life insurance provider for 9 years before joining MDI in 1990. At MDI, Kathy is the site manager responsible for three current FIMMAS installations, including a large, multi-national company based in the Caribbean. Kathy is expert in the Policy Administration, Customer Service, Conversion, Correspondence, and New Business areas of FIMMAS.



Sam Urmey
Site Manager, Business Analyst

Sam UrmeySam is a former insurance technology executive with 40 years experience in life insurance and information technology. He is experienced in insurance operations in new business and marketing, technology management, SOX compliance, budgeting, business planning, project management, systems development and installation, workflow design, and cost analysis. He has extensive knowledge of FIMMAS and APPX, through management of a FIMMAS installation for a major US company and installation and customization of FIMMAS at multiple locations including Asia.



Robbi Earley, ACS, AIRC
Site Manager, Business Analyst

Robbi EarlyRobbi joined MDI in 2012 with more than 30 years experience in Life and Health insurance company experience.  Prior to MDI, she was Vice President of TPA Operations where she managed Customer Service, Enrollment, Billing, Commissions and Claims Teams for a membership base of well over 250,000.  Robbi has an extensive background in systems administration including workflow design, benefit setup and claim adjudication processes.  Robbi has two certifications from LOMA:  ACS - Associate, Customer Service and AIRC-Associate, Insurance Regulatory Compliance..



Bill Carling
Site Manager, Senior Programmer

Bill CarlingBill has worked for over 25 years in computer operations, customer/technical support, system administration, system analysis, programming, software design, and documentation. Bill was involved in the initial design, programming, and testing of FIMMAS in 1985. He continues to design and implement new FIMMAS capabilities, particularly in the areas of tax compliance, claims, billing, and support for life and annuity products. He also serves as Site Manager for a current FIMMAS Group System implementation. 



Cindy Stanley, ACS
Conversion Manager

Cindy Stanley Cindy serves as Site Manager for two FIMMAS installations. Before joining MDI, in 2004 Cindy worked in the financial services industry as a Systems Administrator, Programmer, Business Analyst, and Support Analyst.
